Lindsey Turney began working as a REALTOR® in 2015, but her experience in the real estate industry dates back 18 years, when she began her career as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. It is estimated that only a few hundred professionals in Texas hold both the Certified Residential Appraiser credential and an active Texas Real Estate Broker license. This unique distinction is what gives Lindsey her competitive edge in representing you as a buyer or seller. With a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in addition to over 700 hours of education in real estate and thousands of hours completing real estate appraisals, Lindsey’s knowledge about the home valuation process and common appraisal repair conditions provides her clients with valuable leverage. Due to her work as an appraiser, Lindsey also serves a broad area, including the larger and smaller towns surrounding Lubbock, TX, and has extensive knowledge of the markets in her immediate vicinity. Lindsey resides in Lamb County, Texas, which is named for George A. Lamb, who died in the Battle of San Jacinto. She is a proud member of the National Rifle Association and an active member of the Texas Wildlife Association. When she is not busy showing or appraising homes, you will find Lindsey spending time with her husband & 3 children or out volunteering. Over the years, Lindsey has devoted her time to many organizations, including: Meals on Wheels America, Little Dribblers' Basketball, Inc., Susan G. Komen® Breast Cancer Foundation, Adopt a Mile, and her local City Council.
